SS Accounting and Bookkeeping Services is based in South Central WI with the ability to support your accounting and bookkeeping needs throughout the United States. We utilize Quickbooks Online and have experience in a variety of industries, including an emphasis in non-profit accounting.

About

My name is Sara Stachowski. Twelve years ago I had a dream of one day owning my own business. After ten years of working in Corporate Accounting, I moved into the Finance Director role for a local non-profit company. This position solidified my aspirations of one day owning my own business, as well as gave me valuable experience in a variety of accounting roles. 

My experience includes completing monthly reconciliations, audit support, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, preparing monthly financial statements, variance analysis, presenting financials to the board of directors, and HR services. I am proficient in Quickbooks Online software and Paychex payroll software.

I have a Bachelors of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration from Carthage College, a Masters Degree in Accounting - Leadership from Liberty University, and am currently a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP).

I have lived in the Madison area for the last 9 years with my husband, Aaron. We have 2 kids and love this community. I look forward to serving local business owners and non-profits with their accounting and bookkeeping needs.
